The results can seen on official website of the university. Jammu university was established as the  University of Jammu in 1969 by bifurcating the erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir University into the Universities of Kashmir and Jammu respectively.

The Jammu University has been certified as an ‘A’ grade University by the National Assessment & Accreditation Council of India.It is in fact the first to receive the ISO-9001 certification.

The University of Jammu offers degree courses on a wide range of subjects. It also bestows honorary degrees to those having outstanding talents. Courses are provided to both external and private candidates.

 

Lucknow University Jee B Ed 2010 Admit Card Issue

It has been announced by Lucknow University (LU) that dispatch of admit cards for the Joint Entrance Examination B Ed 2010 scheduled on May 5, 2010 is under process.

The JEE B Ed 2010 exam will take place in two shifts and each shift will be of three hours. The first shift of the exam will be conducted at 8:00 am and the second shift of the exam will be conducted at 1:00 pm.

Candidates applied for the exam are soon going to receive their admit cards. It has also been announced by the university that candidates who don’t receive their admit cards by May 2, 2010 will be given the provision for a duplicate admit card issue. The admit cards will be available in the Lucknow University website which is http://www.lkouniv.ac.in/. The duplicate admit cards will be available in the website only from May 2, 2010 to May 4, 2010.

The University was founded in 1955 by Shree Bhailalbhai D. Patel, known as Bhaikaka. The university was established by an Act of the Legislative Assembly of the then Bombay Province in December 1955 and was recognised under 2f of the UGC Act in October 1968. The University has many affiliated colleges as listed below. Originally the university had the status of a rural University but now the university has diversified with the motto of “Excellence Matters”.

The university is the first among all the Universities in Gujarat to volunteer for the accreditation in 2000 and was accredited with the four star status by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. In the reaccreditation process the university is accredited with the B-Grade by the same Council on March 8, 2009.
