Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) is looking for dynamic and result-oriented young engineers for its requirement at Headquarters and Zonal/Branch/Site Offices located across India for the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Posts. The detail of the vacancy is given below:
Name of Post: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
Vacancies: 122 Posts (SC-13, ST-07, OBC-30, UR-68)( PH-4)
Disciplines: ECE, EEE, E&I, CSE, CSIT, IT, CIVIL & MECHANICAL
Qualifications: First Class Engineering Degree with minimum 65% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/STs) from AICTE approved Colleges / Recognized Indian Universities in the relevant discipline.
Age Limit: Maximum 25 years as on 31/10/2010
Stipend: Rs 23800 per month in training period and pay scale of 16400-3%-40500 after successful completion of training.
Pay Scale After Confirmation: Rs.16400-40500/- per month
Application Fee : Rs.200/- (SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted) to be deposited in SBI in a specially opened Account Number 31102144119 through a payment voucher/ challan available at ECIL website only.
Mode of Selection: The selection process will be through a written test and interview. All eligible candidates, who have secured 65% marks and above in aggregate for General & OBC and 55% and above marks in aggregate for SC/ST are eligible for consideration. However, Management reserves the right to decide the cut-off marks criteria of calling candidates for written test depending on the response and organisational needs. Written Test will be covering the syallabus of Engineering degree of respective discipline(s).

The on-line application process will be operational from 22.11.2010 (1400 hrs.) to 04.12.2010 (2000 hrs.). After applying on-line, the candidate is required to take the print out of registered on-line application form with system generated application number for future usage.
